The rcc project is designed to enable employees to modify their own conditions and behaviour. This strengthens individual resilience and reduces the need for expensive, resource-intensive interventions when problems are already acute.

Practical tip: Make the online courses and the AI assistant available as an internal training programme. Encourage your employees to use the platform's knowledge proactively to strengthen their self-management skills. Our specialists are happy to support you in this.
