Processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of providing and improving our services in the field of prevention and preventive health care.

3. Collection and use of data

When you visit our website, technical data such as IP address, browser type, time and pages visited are recorded automatically. Such data is used solely to ensure operation and IT security and is deleted automatically after a short period.

Personal data (e.g. name, email) is collected only when you actively provide it (e.g. when contacting us or logging in).

This data is used solely for the respective purpose and is not passed on to third parties without your consent.

4. Cookies and tracking
For the login area of our website we use strictly necessary cookies. They serve solely to enable login and to maintain your session. Without these cookies, login is not possible.

These cookies are usually stored only for the duration of the session and are deleted when the browser is closed. If you use the “stay signed in” option, an additional cookie with a longer lifetime is stored.

Where we use external analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), this is done only with your consent and in accordance with the relevant privacy provisions.

4.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (“Google”).
Google Analytics uses cookies that allow analysis of your use of our website.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there.

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation, so that your IP address is shortened within Switzerland or the EU/EEA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the United States
and shortened there.

Processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 6(6) FADP).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting the cookie settings in your browser or by using a Google opt-out plugin.

5. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your personal data. You may also object to processing and withdraw a consent given at any time.

For users from the EU, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority also apply.

6. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

7. Retention period
We store personal data only as long as required for the respective purpose or as legally required.
